We provide modern Flameproof Heaters widely used in gas stations, oil, petroleum and other sectors. When dangerous atmosphere is present, flameproof/ explosion proof {Zone 1 or 2} is supplied. These heaters are licensed by CPRI and widely used in all sectors and applications where flame proof enclosure is required. They are available up to 1000 kW. Outside the enclosure, when the internal ignition is not transmitted the flammable atmosphere; it stops the ignition of the surrounding flammables. In normal operation, when the electrical equipment has sparking components, then these flameproof heaters are preferable. We ensure that they are ideal for II A, II B, or II C gas in ZONE 1 and ZONE 2 dangerous areas.

According to the requirements of the market, these enclosures are designed with durable and highly waterproof protection on the heater that is developed from cast aluminum alloy of LM6 terminal enclosure.
In these locations, different techniques are acceptable for designing the products: explosion proof, dust ignition proof, dust tight, intrinsically safe as well as pressurized. For preventing explosion or internal spark or larger blast, they set criteria. For easy classification, all components are properly labeled, approved and tested in advance. According to the temperature class (T1 - T6), there are different options for component such as Copper, Monel, Stainless steel, Incoloy etc. Different sensing devices such as thermostats, thermocouples, or RTDs are well incorporated.
